Christine loves falling to sleep in the living room. Wednesday and thursday night she did that. Molly enjoys it too because then she can snuggle up with Christine in all her blankets :)

Christine loves it when our neighbors little girl come visit. They are the same age, and they play so good together. She is here every other weekend, and Christine is always looking forward to it.

Fun at the riding-school.

Sunday December 16th we went to a fun arrangement at Christine riding school. There were beginner teams, lightly advanced teams (Christine), advanced teams and a jumping team. All the kids did good. Christine was amazed by the jumping girls, but I had to agree, they were good. Hope Christine will get there some day. But I guess she will, because she is becoming a tough girl. Though she has been terrified of riding since falling of the horse twice with in a month, she still gets up on the horse and ride on her own, I am amazed because I was ready to let her stop the riding lessons, but she wouldn't. She loves riding. It is the highlight of the week. But they do also have an amazingly good teacher. She is sweet, understanding and knows exactly what she is doing. And she is good at seeing when the kids are not comfortable doing things.

Lucia Bride and music oppotunities.

A week ago Christine was, with all the other student, a Lucia Bride. They walked in line with a little candle, and they sang. They did so good, and I love seeing Christine be more confident doing things like this.
Last week they had a visit at school. It was a girl who started her own music-school, where she teaches piano, drums, guitar and song. She also do team music with lots of kids together. So now Christine has decided she would like to learn how to play a piano. So I guess we need a piano in the house soon :) But I'm happy that she want to play. It will be fun listening to her play ;)

Lots of snow.

A couple of weeks ago we got lots of snow. If we had been in Mepo we would definately have had snow days :) Well Christine enjoyed it. She brought her sled to school, and almost every day they went sledding. One evening Christine and Søren went out in the snow they played a while, and I stayed inside by the warm fire :) On days like that I love our little fireplace.
We have since that had more snow, but the last week the snow have melted, so it seems we won't have a white Christmas this year :( I don't work the next 5 days, so it will be five day enjoying my family.

So finally today we had time to start decorating for Christmas. Søren and Christine put up the Christmas tree while I was working yesterday. So today I decorated the big tree and when Christine came home from school, we decorated her tree together. Normally I would have decorated for Christmas on December 1st, but I have been way to busy to get started. So tomorrow I have work, and then Wedensday and Thursday I need to be done with all the decorating, and hopefully buying gifts too :)
Christmas we are spending at home. On the 24th Søren's aunt, uncle and their three kids and one grandchild are coming here to celebrate Christmas.
It will be fun.
I still love my job. My boss is just the sweetest, and we work so well together. I don't work so much during winter, but it works perfect for me.
Christine is still happy to go to school, and she is reading and writing so well. Love hearing her read to me. Still miss listening to her speaking English, but she is watching a lot of English movies right now, and it helps a lot. She is totally into horses. She loves her riding lessons, though she is a little scared after falling of twice within a month. But she is doing good, and she is really good at telling her riding teacher when she is scared, and when she is not feeling comfortable doing things. Sunday December 16th we are all going to watch the kids ride, and some of the other kids jump on their horses. It is some Christmas program they have and it will be a fun day.

Today Saturday November 24th we went to this Christmas arrangement at Christine's school. The kids sold cookies, candy, Christmas cards and Christmas decorations. And they had a little Christmas program. They had put up workshops like making jeweleries, paperboxes, making Christmas decoration and baking cookies. It was such a fun day to spend with the family.

Lalandia weekend.

A week ago we went to Lalandia in Billund. Lalandia is a huge place where you can rent a little vacation-house, they have a huge indoor pool area, a big indoor playground and a beautiful indoor shopping and eating area. We had rented a house with Jesper, June, Fiona and Luna, and we met there Friday afternoon at five and stayed there until Sunday afternoon. The place was amazing, and there were lots of fun for the kids, and it was so nice to spend time with Jesper and June too. We swam, played and ate out. Such a fun weekend.

Since last time :)

We just came home today from our last weekend of camping this season, and I figured I bette do an update, since I have some things to tell about.
We still lave Christine's school as do Christine. They do lots of fun stuff with the kids. They have been making juice from fresh fruits and apple cake.
They have been visiting the fire station, and they had their 120-word party. The party was for their accomplisments to learn reading and writing the 120 most used words in the Danish language. Again their teacher managed to do it in a fun and exciting way... They were told that a thief had stolen the words, and that they had to find them again. The teacher red a story that day without the words, and it made absolutely no sence, and when they 2 weeks later had found the words, she red it again with all the words. The party they held were for the kids and their parents, and we had a fun evening with games, food and cake. The cake was cut into 120 pieces and on each piece one of the 120 words were written.
This weekend the three of us went camping. The weather wasn't nice, but it was a good way to spend some time with my hubby and my princess, after working for 8 days in a row.. Now Christine is spending the next couple of days with her grandma and grandpa together with her uncle and two cousins. And then Tuesday she is going to my moms house for a couple of days together with her 2. cousin. We will miss her, but she will have a fun vacation while we are working.
