Felix.

Christine is still taking riding lessons. She did get a new horse to ride, because Cindy and her family were moving away. Cindy was the only horse she had been riding, so it was different for her to ride on Felix. But now she loves him, and she loves her riding lessons again. She had a couple of months where she was scared of riding and scared that she would fall of again. But not anymore.

Home alone.

So this week Søren is in India again. We dropped him of at the airport Thursday and we will pick him up again on Thursday. After dropping of Søren Christine and I went to Build a Bear, and Christine got a new dog. He is named Felix. The same name as the horse she is riding.we always miss Søren when he is gone, and we are both looking forward to Thursday.

Easter trip.

Monday during easter holiday we went to Skagen. It is the northest point in Denmark, and it is where the two seas meet.it was pretty windy and very cold.

After that we had a late lunch at Jensens steakhouse.

Recital.

Christine has been going to this gym thing all fall and winter. The do gum, but they also dance. So at the end of the season they have this recital. My niece was one of the instructors, and I was so proud to see both of them on the floor.

Fastelavn.

Our fastelavn is a little like Halloween. The kids dress up and go to a party where they have like a pinata, it is just a barrel filled with candy. They take turns hitting the barrel until it breaks.

December 25th

On December 25th we went to my moms house for lunch. My brother and his family were there to. We exchanged gift with them, and Christine started using hers right away. Another fun day with family.

Christmas eve.

So Christmas eve came and went. We spend the evening with Søren's aunt, uncle, their 3 kids and one grandchild. It was a fun evening, but different not having any of our parents here. We had the traditional christmas dinner and after that lots of gift for the kids (all ages) :) It was a hard time getting ready as we had some remodeling of our livingroom the days before Christmas. But we were ready in time ;)
