Camping.

Weeks ago we took our caravan to the campground in Sæby. We were meaning to just stay for one weekend and then bring it home again, but we decided to leave it, so that we could go there a couple of weekends before the summer holiday. We have now stayed there for two weekends and are expecting to do one more weekend, before bringing it home. It is so relaxing to stay there. And I enjoy the time that we can just spend together as a family.

The playground has this big inflatable "pillow" the kids can jump on. Christine loves it.

Playing monopoly. I hate to admit it, but Søren won ;)

New family member.

I guess I'm to busy to do updates when something happens. But almost everything is posted on facebook, so most of you can follow us that way too. We had promised Christine that once we were a little more settled in our house, she could get a new guinea pig, as her old one died while we were in the USA. So now we have a new little familymember named Bella. She is actually really cute, but I have a weekness for guinea pigs. Just love them. Christine love her, and takes her out every day to pet her, and give her cucumber.

Bella the guinea pig :)

In the daycare they have at Christine's school, they had a day where the kids could performe a dance for oneanother, so Christine and two of her friends had practiced this dance, and they were performing it on the little school stage.

The end of the dance.

A very fun idea. One of the teachers took pictures of each kid, and then some how painted it. Each picture is a piece in a puzzle, and then put up on the wall.

Christine's Birthday

Christine's Birthday party was held over two days. First on her Birthday where we had the closest family here for supper, and then a Saturday evening where the girls from her class were here. I cannot believe our "little" girl turned 8. She is getting so big. After the summer holiday she will be in second grade. She keeps reminding us that if we were living in the USA, she would be starting third grade after the summer :) Fun how she still compares our life here with our life in the USA.

Woohoo! Gifts!

The flag was up in front of the door at school :)
